Founder

Drawing on the wisdom of their father, the late Louie Sukari was the founding director and driving force of the company. His tenacity throughout many difficult economic periods, gave him the foresight and courage to continue and prosper in times when development was difficult and extremely high risk. High interest rates, recessions and prohibitively tight credit environments weren’t enough to subdue his ambition and drive. Louie Sukari was prematurely taken away in 1995, but his legacy continues through the culture and honesty he instilled in people around him.

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    With unwavering support from his father, John completed his first property transaction at the age of 20 while studying Law at university. This pivotal experience ignited his passion for real estate ventures and reinforced his appreciation for the value of family support and loyalty. For over three decades, John has excelled in property development, demonstrating a keen ability to identify and acquire high-potential projects while expertly navigating the complexities of securing development approvals. His success is driven by his deep industry expertise and strong relationships with Sydney’s leading agents. Above all, John’s business dealings are founded on mutual respect, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to honesty.

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Daniel is an indispensable member of the company, having worked in the development industry after studying Law. His meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of the development process enables him to maintain a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the business—from planning and design to navigating regulatory approvals and decision-making frameworks. Deeply involved in obtaining development consents, Daniel possesses a thorough knowledge of the construction process and oversees the entire project inception to completion. His strategic oversight ensures seamless project execution and operational efficiency at every stage.​

    DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    Lauren holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Master of Property Development from UTS, along with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. She brings valuable experience from the real estate industry, having worked across both sales and leasing. Lauren applies her expertise to strategically identify and acquire high-potential properties for the portfolio, supported by her in-depth knowledge of local market transactions and demand dynamics. Beyond acquisitions, she plays a key role in navigating the development application process, working closely with the design team to ensure each project is aligned with market needs.

    CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

    Louie also holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and has prior experience in the real estate industry. With a specialised focus on the construction phase of our developments, he oversees trade management and tender processes while ensuring seamless collaboration with the design team. His attention to detail guarantees that the detail and quality of design reflects seamlessly into the detail and quality of construction. ​Currently pursuing his building license accreditation, Louie is further strengthening his expertise in quality assurance, construction methodologies, and compliance with building regulations.
